Return and Exchange Policy

1 – CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

At Chabacano, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. You may request a return or exchange of a product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging;
  • The product must be returned without signs of use or wear, i.e., in the condition it was received;
  • The product must be returned with tags (or protective seals) attached, manuals, and all accompanying accessories.

IMPORTANT¹: Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.
IMPORTANT²: Personalized items cannot be returned. Exchanges for such items are only accepted if they have manufacturing defects.
IMPORTANT³: For earrings and piercings, returns are not accepted due to hygiene and health concerns for our customers.

All personalized items, earrings, and piercings are considered final sale items.
No warranty, returns, or exchanges are provided for items marked as final sale or promotional gifts.

2 – HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@chabacano.shop with the following details:

  • Product name;
  • Order number;
  • Email address used for the purchase;
  • Reason for the return or exchange;
  • Photo or video showing the defect, if applicable.

After verifying the request, we will provide the return address. Refunds for defective items will also cover the original shipping costs.

For non-defective products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3 – REFUND METHODS AND PROCESSING TIME

  • Credit Card Reversal: Refunds may appear on your account within up to two billing cycles after processing.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s account within 5 business days after confirming the return. Transfers cannot be made to third-party accounts.
  • Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 5 business days after receiving the item.

4 – METHOD & FEES

  • Returns and exchanges are handled by mail only.
  • Customers are responsible for generating and paying for the return shipping label, except for defective or incorrect items.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.

5 – ELIGIBILITY BY COUNTRY

Returns and exchanges are accepted for customers in the following countries:
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Netherlands

6 – ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Chabacano reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the product does not meet the stated conditions.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
